Bobby Tambling is Chelsea's one of the greatest players, he was Chelsea's all-time top scorer for over 40 years, in all competitions before Frank Lampard surpassed this record in the year 2013. He joined Chelsea in the year 1959, and he made his debut, in a match against West Ham scoring a 3-2 win.
A good player known for his goal-scoring ability, ability to dribble, good header, shot accuracy, and so energetic. Tambling scored 22 goals in a season even though Chelsea was relegated. A year later he became one of the youngest captains to lead a team to success, Tambling was also the Chelsea first player to score in an FA Cup final but his goal was only a consolation, his great performances for the club will forever be remembered by the Blues fans, he made over 365 appearances and scored over 200 goals for the club.

Denis Wise is one of Chelsea's greatest players, he is among the highest appearance makers in Chelsea history, and one of the most successful Chelsea Captains. He joined Chelsea in the year 1990, originally signed from Wimbledon, and was soon converted to a central midfielder.
He was a good midfielder well known for his tough tackling, combativeness, amazing ball control, good passer, and great leadership. In the late 1990s, he was a great leader, who made sure that there were no divisions within the dressing room. Petr Cech is one of the greatest goalkeepers in both Chelsea's and football history as well. Gianfranco Zola is considered one of Chelsea's legends, he joined Chelsea in the year 1996, Zola is one of the players behind Chelsea's success in football history. Because of his amazing performance throughout the season, Zola was nominated as the FWA Player of the Year through public voting. Zola is still one of the best players to grace Stamford Bridge, even when the club played the Champions League for the first time in 1999-2000, he contributed a lot scoring 3 excellent goals which were the reasons why the team managed to make it to the quarter-finals.
